Backed up by more than three years of professional training experience, our Head Trainer Troy Wilson is known as someone who gets results and drives progress forward relentlessly with goals in mind. We are effective at working with athletes in large part because we ourselves are operating with an athlete’s focus. Specializing in helping the everyday person as well as athletes, we are committed to helping you reach your goals.

TROY WILSON

As a Strength & Conditioning Coach and fitness professional, I am passionate about getting people into their peak physical condition. In order to do so, I have developed a series of uniquely effective techniques and strategies, all challenging in their own way and all meant to push you to become the best that you can be. Originally from Christchurch, I have an extensive background in Muay Thai and Powerlifting, having competed previously in both sports.  A desire to perform better led me to studying Sport & Exercise Science where I was then able to pass on my knowledge and experience in improving my clients within their own sports. While I work mainly with athletes and sports teams, I have extensive experience with helping people to reach their weight loss and fitness goals. Basically, if something is fitness-related, I can help out with it.
